Details:

When PR05 leave our factory, the screw on the extension pole is not fully tightened, which is to prevent the customer from scratching yourselves by pulling the extension pole forcibly. Please do tighten the screw on the extension pole and the base during your installation.

Suptek PR05 WILL NOT work for your projector, if your projector has holes on the diagonal more than 12''/30.5cm apart or weighs more than 30lbs/13.6kg.
